Power Food Spotlight: Beets
Beets are not just beautiful, they are a powerhouse for your heart, brain, and endurance. Packed with nitrates that boost blood flow and energy, they are a must-have for anyone who wants to move and feel better.

🥗 Try this: Simple Roasted Beets
Peel and cube 3 beets. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F for 25 minutes until tender. Enjoy warm or chilled over salad, grain bowls, or on their own.
Exercise Spotlight: The Plank

Simple, steady, and powerful, the plank is one of the best full-body exercises you can do anywhere. It strengthens your core, shoulders, glutes, and back, helping improve posture and stability in everything you do, from workouts to daily movement.
Why it works:
Holding a plank builds endurance in your deep core muscles, improves balance, and supports a healthy spine. It can also help reduce the risk of back pain by training your body to stay aligned and strong.
Try these variations:
Forearm Plank: Gentle on the wrists and great for beginners
High Plank: Like the top of a push-up, strengthens arms and shoulders
Side Plank: Targets obliques and improves balance
Plank with Shoulder Taps: Builds stability and challenges coordination
Forearm to High Plank: Adds movement and raises your heart rate
Start with 20 to 30 seconds, focus on good form, and gradually work your way up.
Strong core, strong foundation!
Treatment Spotlight: PRP Therapy 🩸
PRP, or Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy, is a natural treatment that uses your body’s own healing power to repair and regenerate injured tissues. It is designed to help reduce pain, improve function, and support recovery from both acute and chronic injuries.
How it works:
A small amount of your blood is drawn and placed in a centrifuge, which separates out the platelet-rich plasma. This concentrated plasma is then injected into the area of injury or pain. Platelets release natural growth factors that help stimulate tissue repair, decrease inflammation, and promote faster healing.
Who it is best for:
PRP is ideal for people dealing with:
Chronic tendon injuries such as tennis elbow, rotator cuff injury and plantar fasciitis
Joint pain, arthritis, or early degenerative changes
Chronic ligament injuries
Athletes or active individuals looking to heal naturally and return to activity sooner
Because it uses your own blood, PRP is a safe and minimally invasive option for people who want to avoid surgery or long-term medication use.
If you have been dealing with a stubborn injury or joint pain, PRP may be the next step in your recovery journey.
